Executive Management Team
J.
Scott Clark, President
Scott Clark serves as president and chief
executive officer. In this role, he is responsible for the day-to-day
operations of the company as well as strategic oversight for all of
Impact's product lines. He also serves as chairman of the board of
directors.
Prior to joining Impact Mr. Clark served as
Executive Director of a National Equine Association that held a
membership of over 2000. In this role, Mr. Clark was responsible for
all promotion and financial aspects of the organization including:
record keeping, membership growth, publishing and financial planning.
Since 1992 Clark has owned his own funding company that focuses on
buying and selling loans secured by real estate. Mr. Clark has also
served as the Comptroller and Chief Financial Office for Hansen Ranches
from 1981-1992. Hansen Ranches is a large California Agri-Business. In
this position he was responsible for all of the financial affairs of the
company. He also managed most of the real estate for the company.
Mr. Clark earned an MBA at the University
of Arkansas as well as a BS in Finance and Accounting from Utah State
University.
Albert
Brown, Chief Financial Officer
Albert Brown serves as a senior vice
president and chief financial officer. In this role, Mr. Brown is
responsible for all controller functions, corporate planning, tax,
treasury operations, investor relations, real estate, risk management
and development of internal audits. He also oversees product management
for Impact's Payroll Card division.
Prior to Impact Mr. Brown served as
Controller for CP Industries, Pacific Rim Financial Services and
Columbia Contracting in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was also Chief
Accountant at Utah Strategic Alliance of Salt Lake. In these roles Mr.
Brown has handled all aspects of financial management for several
companies with a broad range of products and services. Prior to his work
at Columbia Contracting, Mr. Brown served as President of Advanced
Management Systems of Utah, a medical billing service for over 16 years.
Mr. Brown holds a Masters of Accountancy
and a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
Jason
Asplund, Chief Operating Officer
Jason Asplund serves as the senior vice
president with responsibilities for marketing, information technology
and product development. Mr. Asplund is directly responsible for driving
consistent integration of Impact's brand message and marketing strategy
in all of the company's communication and marketing materials. In
addition, he manages product development projects as well as the
information technology requirements of the company.
Prior to Impact Mr. Asplund served in
senior management roles as the Director of Operations and Director of
Marketing for Wintergreen Midway Developments as well as Product
Marketing Manager for FlipDog.com. In these capacities, he handled
responsibilities for corporate strategy and marketing programs, business
information systems as well as corporate policies and procedures. Mr.
Asplund has also co-founded two successful startup companies, Acropolis
Financial Corp. and Systems2000, Inc. As president, Asplund led
engineers and programming teams in systems and software development as
well as R&D teams to ensure quality and cost standards. He directly
managed national Fortune 500 contracts, and the terms of merger and
acquisition agreements.
Mr. Asplund earned a Bachelor of
Science degree from Brigham Young University and is currently
pursuing an MBA from George Fox University.
